This is why I have started writing this program
I started my Personal Coaching 6 months back and while training many clients, I have observed one common problem
Not everybody has the luxury to hit the gym 5 days a week
I have come across business professionals whose priority is to make more money
I have come across Dads whose priority is their family and career
There are students whose priority is to crack those exams around the corner
And then some elderly people need more recovery days per week
I have joined the MMA classes recently and I will be learning to fight 5 days a week
So I cannot hit the gym 5 days a week anymore
We all will be at this stage at least once in our lives where the gym is not your priority
We all will need a program that
- Runs 2-3 days a week
- Finishes under an hour
- Is Efficient and delivers results
- Hits every major Muscle
- Builds Muscles
And I have designed this Busy Bro program

This program is not designed for lazy people who have the time to go train in the gym for 5 days but still couldn’t move their asses off the couch
