The Only Bodyweight Program You'll Ever Need To Build Muscle At Home
Bodyweight Beast
It is a 3 month Program
You workout 5 days a week, 45-60 minute per workout.
Over 3 months, you will apply the principle of progressive overload
You'll consistently increase your strength at pullups, pushups, dips, inverted rows, hindu squats and lunges.
Separate Diet plans to lose fat and build muscle included
Diet for vegetarians is also included.
This program will thoroughly prepare you for the hardcore gym sessions in the future and the principles you learn in this program can be applied to all types of training that you do for the rest of your life
Bodyweight Beast is a beginner bodyweight program with standard movements like
Pushups
Pullups
Dips
Inverted rows
Hindu squats
VMO squats
Lunges
This program will not include any hard and advanced movements that only gymnasts can perform.
This program can be performed by beginners with no gym experience, overweight individuals and even skinny people with relatively less strength.
No more half pushups and assisted pullups that leave you embarrassed.
You will be able to do pullups by the end of the first month.
You can realize your strength gains every 3rd week if you follow the Program
Equipment you will NEED for this program:
This is not a zero equipment program but it uses only minimal equipment which anybody can have access to
The Equipment you'll need
One pair of 5kg dumbbell
One pair of 10kg dumbbell
Pullup bar with Neutral handles
Wrist weights - Costs you less than $5 or Rs.400
You can manage to do the workouts even with just One 5kg dumbbell, One 10kg Dumbbell, but I suggest you to get at least the above equipment to workout effectively
That is ALL you will need.
You can build Muscle and Lose fat by totally working out at home. I have lost nearly 22kg during the March 2020 lockdown just by home workouts alone.
